SACRAMENTO – Assemblymember Matt Haney (D-San Francisco) has introduced legislation that requires first aid kits in all workplaces in California to contain naloxone nasal spray — a lifesaving medication that can completely reverse a deadly opioid overdose by being sprayed in the nostrils.
